COGSWELL, PAUL DELBERT (DEL) - Paul Delbert Cogswell, 65, of Saint John, NB, died peacefully on October 4, 2002 at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Cogswell was born in Waterville, NB, son of the late Arthur and Margaret (Flowers) Cogswell. He was a former supervisor at the Sugar Refinery until his retirement in 1994 with 38 years of service. Del will be sadly missed by his wife, Ruth (Little) and his six children, Judy, Mrs. Mike Defazio, of Saint John, P
