Peter you passed on 14 years ago tomorrow. I remember the primal sounds of the bagpipers,you were a great friend to me. I'm sorry for your wife and kids you were gone. I wish I could push back the hands of time,you were a beautiful guy. You always gave life your best, and one could not asked for a more better or loyal friend. You would have found the politics of all these years most interesting. Thanks so much for your friendship Paw.

My wife Andrea and I will never forget Peter who we met in 1988. Our heartfelt condolecences go out to Delia, his children and his family. To his father Paul - you raised a one of a kind son. We know how proud you were of him, his love for family and his many accomplishments. May God bless him.

A brilliant man, who foremost was a humanitarian, who welcomed all he encountered into the never ending warmth of his soul. "Paw" as he was affectionaltely know was a very moral individual, who did what he felt was right.
It was a privilege to know this infinitely interesting man, whose depth of knowledge and sage advice was pragmatic and given from the heart. I feel blessed for his endearing friendship, and I mourn for him as a brother to me. This principled and jovial man, has left us all

Peter had an inspirational, humorous, highly positive personality. It did not take long before I realized how truly gracious this wonderful man was as well. Even on my own darkest days, just one cheerful greeting from Peter always made things brighter. He took sincere interest in his colleagues and quickly became a close work-friend to many of us. His presence will truly be missed but his smile spirit will always remain in our memories and I feel happy knowing that he rests peacefully now.

My fond memories of Peter was as a child when he would come and visit out house in NB and yes, as young kids, he would tease us and chase us. But we always loved it when they all would come almost every summer. Love and prayers to your family.

Peter Weed's Name brings one word to my mind. Family! Part of such an amazing family he was! You guys made your dad who he was to everyone! He loved you all so much! The memories i want to share arnt specific...I just remember no less the about 10 kids running through that house at any given time! With the size of the family and everyone being so friendly and open, it was not unusual for every child to have a friend or two over! Such a loving family. Peter will be greatly missed by us all! xoxo

Growing up with Peter I am lucky to have many memories close to my heart...Pete's love of hockey and watching him play...Listening to him play his drumsﾅ The pride with which he spoke of Delia and his children...His generous and caring spirit...The way he always listened and loved you for who you are...How much he loved our parents and family... Uncle Peter was truly an amazing man. I think that he is one of the only people that I still let call me "Kimmy". I thank him for being there as a support and a smile, when times were down. I will always remember his zest for life and his amazing sense of humour.
