“Gramma, everyday tears well in my eyes because I miss you so much. I wish you were here, for me to talk to, to lean on, and to love. I want to be your Grand daughter again, I miss you so much. I hope you know that you mean so much to me, that you are my hero and that I love you so much. I cant wait until the day that we meet again. Thanksgiving is coming, and I am going to use your china, and host dinner, and make you proud. Please be with me, to help me, and guide me. I love you with all I have”
— Memory from Leslie D. about Ruth Murphy (Stong)

“I guess what I will always remember about my brother Randy, is his gentle ways. I remember when he was a young boy, all the kids in the neighbourhood wanted to play with him. He never got mad at anyone, he was always patient and was just fun to be around. I watched him as he grew up and his ways did not change. I always felt so sorry for him as he had a stuttering problem, but that did not matter to him. I miis you Randy and wish we could have been closer these last few years, love ya!!”
— Memory from Barb C. about Randy Stroud
