Today (Wed., Nov. 25/08) is one month shy of Christmas Day almost 1 yr. ago, (Tues., Dec. 25/07) and the last wonderful memory I have of sweet baby Faithie. Oh how I remember Christmas #1 when you were 7 mos. and Brogan was 4 yrs. That year you quickly figured out who Uncle Chris was and a loving relationship commenced. Christmas #2 you were 19 mos. and Brogan was 5 yrs. Both times you were seated next to me at the dinner table and I fed you. What an appetite! But you wouldn't settle for my mashed spuds last yr., you wanted Papa's turkey neck much to the chagrin of Mommy and me. You helped pull my cracker and I placed the hat upon your head. When you had had enough you promptly slid off the chair and went to the kitchen, opened the fridge door and sat on the inside ledge with your sippy cup all the while posing for pics taken by your uncles. Then you decided to give Mommy and Daddy their gift--you threw up on your new dress and the hallway floor. Whisked away by Daddy, it was jammy time, thus leaving Mommy and me to clean up. Next came the traditional gift unvieling and you and Brogan were tearing everything apart not caring what belonged to whom. Oh, that Dora pillow/doll as big as you...but that didn't last long as you really wanted your brother's toys. It was exciting chaos, Daddy, Papa, Uncles Chris & Shea trying to snap pictures during the frenzy. Then before we knew, it was bed time and Mommy had you in her arms saying goodnight to Nana and Grandma and throwing kisses. I was doing the usual clean up so I couldn't hug or kiss you. That was the last time I saw you baby. I cherish every miracle you gave us. My heart is so heavy with the burden of everyon'e pain and sorrow in not having you for #3 and a whole lifetime of beautiful Faithie. Two weeks to the day on Tues., Jan. 8/08 you left us with Great-Grandma and became a Real Little Angel as you were needed elsewhere. Eternally and to infinity your love guides us as you keep Faith(ful) watch. I love you most precious as we all do. My prayers for you and everyone you touched with your love are constant.
